Refund policy

RETURN POLICY 
Items that have a blatant manufacturer defect must be reported and shipped back within 14 days for a replacement, credit, or refund.  Scuffs, scratches, and other imperfections do not qualify for a return. Items that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, or are broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return.

In order to return an item, YOU MUST FIRST send an email to RandyThePrinceOfJewels@gmail.com with pictures clearly showing the defect in the item.

Customers must mail back the item at their own expense in its original packaging, including all accessories, paperwork, etc.  Once your return is received in its original condition including all accessories and paperwork and inspected a refund will be issued.
