RETURN POLICY

Items that have a blatant manufacturer defect must be reported within 3 days of receipt for a replacement or credit. Scuffs, scratches, and other imperfections do not qualify for a return. Items that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error, or are broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return.

In order to return an item, YOU MUST FIRST send an email to RandyThePrinceOfJewels@gmail.com with pictures clearly showing the defect in the item. This MUST be done within 3 days of receipt of your item.

If it is determined that an item is eligible for return customers must mail back the item at their own expense in its original packaging, including all accessories, paperwork etc. Once your return is received in its original condition including all accessories and paperwork and inspected a replacement will be sent or credit will be issued.

SHIPPING POLICIES: WE ONLY SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES
Shipping Rates - Your shipping cost will be based on the box size and weight of the items you have purchased.  Shipping costs are USPS Priority and/or Advantage Shipping rates and include SIGNATURE REQUIRED (No Exceptions). 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment in a timely manner, please ensure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.  If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP at RandyThePrinceOfJewels@gmail.com.  We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees on ALL orders are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the reason.  Also, if you refuse any shipments from The Prince Of Jewels, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service.  The Prince Of Jewels will not be responsible/liable for packages that are lost and not delivered due to the fault of USPS. If a package is lost and not delivered it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to file a claim directly with USPS as each package shipped from us is insured. We will help provide what ever information that we can in assisting the purchaser with the filing of their claim with USPS. However, we cannot be held financially liable or responsible for reimbursing the purchaser for lost/not delivered shipments. Your recourse for financial reimbursement is by filing a claim directly with USPS.
